We are Edmonton’s most unique outdoor venue that’ll have your guests raving about their experience.
- We are currently only accepting bookings for private functions Friday & Saturday evenings for groups of 250 or more. Contact us directly if you are interested in booking a Friday or Saturday afternoon event. We accept private bookings Sunday - Thursday for afternoon or evening events for groups of 50 or more. We can accommodate anything from intimate gatherings to large bashes of up to 400 people.

Let’s Eat
Depending on your group size, you can have up to two food trucks parked on site for your event. You can pick them or let us suggest our favourites. In addition, we offer our own locally sourced menu and can discuss special requests if you have something particular in mind.
Cheers
Enjoy local craft beer, cider, and seltzer, and our unique cocktails suited to the great outdoors! Create an exclusive cocktail that’ll take your event to the next level. Custom cocktails and special order beer & wine also available. Cash, tickets, toonie, or open bar options available.
The Kiosk, Games Area, & More
Our pop-up kiosk can be just about anything you want it to be. Transform it into a stage for a band, ice cream parlour, cocktail lounge, photo booth, or dessert bar. Your wish is our command!
Our seating can be configured any way to suit your event and we can activate the games area for your guests to enjoy or remove it to allow more room for seating & mingling.

How do I start planning my event at The Backyard?
Start by filling in the form below and provide us with as much detail as you can, including your preferred date & time, duration of event, number of guests, food & drink requirements, type of event & budget. Then the real fun starts, when we work closely with you to fully customize the space to create your unique event.
How much does it cost to book a private function at The Backyard?
All private events will be charged a venue booking fee, which includes the exclusive use of the entire space, use of The Backyard's games area, use of our house sound system and stage, staffing & security. The fee is dependent on the day of the week, time of day, duration of event & number of guests (minimum spends apply).
